• When we speak, I'll ask some questions to find out more about you, your organizational goals, your home, and how your life runs right now.  I'd be happy to answer any process questions you have.  
• If you're ready, we'll set up a time to meet for a free consultation.

Free Consultation.

• On the day we meet, please don't pre-tidy :)  It can help me to see what your natural catch-all zones are and understand what kinds of things are used most often in your home.  Remember- my service is completely confidential and judgement-free, so you can relax.  
• During our time together, I will:
  • Ask plenty of questions to learn more about your needs and your goals for the space.
  • Learn your organizing style.
  • Ask for a tour of the space.
  • Take photos & measurements as needed for project planning.  Don't worry- I will never publish photos of your space without written consent.
  • Evaluate the size of the project and your organizing needs.
  • Provide you with an estimate and review The Organized Version's business practices.
  • If you're ready to move forward, I'll collect a deposit and we can book a date for your first session.

​After Booking.

• I'll put together your project plan, which will include:
  • Project goals
  • Things to consider & clarifying questions
  • Step-by-step plan for completion
  • Sketches (if applicable)
  • Organizer provided supply list
  • Proposed shopping list ✽​
• I'll check in with you a couple days before your session to confirm our date and make sure we're ready to roll.

✽ A proposed shopping list will only be provided if you have indicated during the consultation that you would like to refresh your space with some new organizational products.  We can always work with what you already have if that is your preference.

✽Organizing Day✽

• I come ready to organize.  I will bring in my supplies and we'll get right to work.  If you are ready to make some decluttering decisions we can get through a LOT in a short amount of time.  However, I will always try to work at a pace you are comfortable with.  If you need more time to make decisions, we'll work through those decisions side-by-side so that you can feel confident about your decisions.  

Project Follow-Up.

• I'll check in with you 1-2 weeks after our session to see how it's going.
• I provide follow-up phone/email support on your project for one month following your session.  If there is anything I can help you with, please let me know.
